[04:58] <@Dr_Xadium> Do you know, my father, who died a little over a year ago, was a healthy, vibrant man, so happy and full of life despite his years. When he died, it was a genuine shock to me, because he had not been ill... he was there one minute and gone the next.

[05:00] <@Dr_Xadium> The storm is hundreds of miles wide, Category 4 and moving slowly. Which means more time for even minimal hurricane force winds to rip through the area-- an area basically the size of the state. Even if we wanted to run, there is nowhere to go.
[05:01] <@Dr_Xadium> I find myself contemplating my own demise. Interesting, really, because it is very well possible that I might know the day and the hour of it.
