I'm reading this in-depth breakdown of everything leading up to the Titan implosion and it's all so enraging. This was all preventable. But because of the egos of CEOs and the unwillingness to spend what was needed to ensure safety, people died.

I'd laugh and say it was karmic justice for the Chief Executive A[BLEEP]le, but he got other people killed who didn't deserve that s[BLEEP]t.
